Every snag, from first photo to sign-off.

Snagger is a shared snag list for contractors, installers and fit-out teams. Log a defect with a photo, give it an owner, and see what is stuck and who it is waiting on. It carries your name and your colours, so your clients see your brand, not ours.

Show it as

  1. Your name, logo, colours and fonts.
  2. An owner and a “waiting on” for every snag.
  3. Photos taken on site, from the phone.

Snag lists live in too many places.

Photos in a WhatsApp group. Status in a spreadsheet. Chasers in somebody’s inbox. By handover nobody is sure which snags are closed, and the client is asking again.

Snagger puts the list, the photos and the owners in one place that everyone can open on a phone.

From first photo to sign-off in four steps.

  1. Log it on site

Describe the snag, pick the area and attach photos from your phone. Each one gets a reference such as ACM-014, so everyone can talk about the same thing.

  2. Give it an owner

Choose who is responsible. Your own team and your subcontractors all appear in the list you set up.

  3. Say who it is waiting on

When a snag is blocked, record who is holding it up. The summary shows how many are waiting on you and how many on someone else.

  4. Close it out

Mark it resolved. Resolved snags stay in the record, so you can show the client exactly what was done.

Your name on it.

Your workspace lives at its own address, such as acme.snagger.uk. You choose how it looks and what it says: Block and Plot for a housing scheme, Rack and Cabinet for a network install.

If a colour is hard to read, Snagger adjusts it just enough to stay legible, in light and in dark. A palette that looks good on a brand sheet still works on a phone in the sun.

One client never sees another’s snags.

Each workspace is walled off in the database, not just in the app. If the app had a bug, the database would still refuse to show one workspace’s snags to another.

Automated tests try to break that wall every time the code changes. Photos are private to the workspace and only shown through links that expire. There is no public sign-up.

Questions people ask.

What is a snag?

A defect or unfinished item found before handover: a cracked tile, an unlabelled cable, a door that sticks. A snag list tracks each one until it is fixed.

Do my clients need an account?

Anyone who opens Snagger signs in, because snag lists are private. You invite them by email and choose whether they can edit or only view.

Is there an app to install?

No. Snagger runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.

Can we use our own domain?

Each workspace gets an address at yourname.snagger.uk. Using your own domain is not available yet. Ask us if it matters to you.

Who makes Snagger?

Espresso Group Ltd, a UK IT company. Snagger began as the issues log we built for our own installation projects.

Set up your workspace.

Snagger is opening to its first clients. Tell us about your projects and we will set up your workspace and brand it with you. We agree pricing with each early client.
